Hybrenol -- a complete low index embalming fluid
Hybrenol is a low formaldehyde index arterial fluid concentrate (Index 5) which is factory formulated with preservation, germicidal, and penetration chemicals.
Hybrenol can be used with complete effectiveness for infants and young children without compromising other fluid features.
Over dilution of higher index arterial fluids to reduce their formaldehyde concentration also greatly reduces the other chemical content for germicidal and
penetration effects below the manufacturer's intended levels. Hybrenol is also a very good First Injection fluid to begin embalming preservative
while clearing the circulatory system of blood and clots. Hybrenol combined either with Selco Drainage (a blood and bile drainage chemical additive)
or with the Modaflex Co-injection (a multiple purpose additive) is particularly useful for starting procedures on most cases.
Start embalming procedures on jaudice cases and similar afflications by flushing out the blood, clots and bile
using a pre-injection wash of either Selco Drainage (a blood and bile drainage chemical additive)
or with the Modaflex Co-injection (a multiple purpose additive) or even a mixture of both.
Hybrenol combined either with Selco Drainage (a blood and bile drainage chemical additive) or with the Modaflex Co-injection
(a multiple purpose additive) can be used for the next step. However, typical jaundice cases are treated more effectively
and with less time and effort using our Jaundice Special arterial fluid along with the Modaflex Co-injection.
Application Suggestions:
Dilute 1 pint of Hybrenol to make each gallon of injection fluid. Adding either Selco Drainage, Modaflex Co-injection,
or even both additives with the Hybrenol will improve drainage, penetration, preservation, and body moisture content control.
(See the Additives product section for more detailed suggestions about both Selco Drainage and Modaflex Co-injection.)
