Restorative Wax / Wound Filler
Restorative Wax and Wound Filler is used to externally restore and recreate life like contours.
It may be used for facial and cranial reconstructions as well as other exposed areas. Shaping and smoothing the Restorative Wax surface is best performed by using a warm spatula or an electrically heated hot knife.
The softening and melting temperature for this product is over 120 F, so most situations for the viewing and visitation periods will not cause embarrassing accidental shifting and alterations.
The natural coloration of the Restorative Wax is a dull flesh tint. You may harden and finish the exposed wax surfaces by stippling with a finishing powder or talc.
Alternately, blend these reconstructed portions into the surrounding areas by covering with make-up such as Hizone's Mortuary Cosmetics.
Wrinkles, minor depressions or similar body flaws can be corrected by subcutaneous injections into the tissues using Hizone's Tissue Filler.
